Mena Alexandra Suvari (born on 13 February 1979) is a famous American model, actress and fashion designer. model. Soon after she began her career as an actress Mena Alexandra Svari was a regular as a guest on 1990s TV shows Boy Meets World and High Incident. She had her first film role in the 1997 drama Nowhere. After her performances in American Beauty (for which she was awarded a BAFTA Award) and American Pie that attracted much attention, she completed her move into more prominent role. She was in the film industry for a year, and was in American Pie alongside American Pie co star Jason Biggs. She then played the main part for the role of Sugar & Spice (2000). Spun, a independent drama from 2002, and the Trauma (2004) thrillers were also prominent in her work. Also, she starred in HBO drama Six Feet Under. The show was an instant hit in 2004 and in 2005, the Screen Actors' Guild awarded her the title of one of the best stars. In 2008, Suvari appeared in several movies like Day of the Dead The Mysteries of Pittsburgh and also as in the adaptation to The Garden of Eden. Suvari is featured in a variety of blog and fashion publications, including Vogue. Suvari is also a Lancome model, and is featured on ads in print for Lancome Paris Adaptive. She has been a strong activist and supporter of the African Medical and Research Foundation.
